Margetts and a respected local private landlord have joined forces to offer to the residential market the first ‘Community Foundation Home’ to rent. 

This is the first of what Margetts hope to be many ‘Community Foundation Homes’ which will be made available to rent by key workers over the coming months and years. Each will be offered at rentals that are expected to be around 20% off the normal market rent. 

In supporting this initiative Margetts are proud to assist key workers in a very active and fluid housing market.  

Margetts are therefore pleased to present a traditional semi-detached family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, fitted kitchen and large conservatory, in Beauchamp Road, Warwick. 

Available to qualifying ‘key workers’ only.

So, who are “key workers”?

•         nurses and other NHS staff,
•         teachers in schools and in further education or sixth from colleges,
•         police officers and some civilian staff in police forces,
•         prison service and probation service staff,
•         social workers, education psychologists, planners and occupational therapists employed by local authorities, and
•         whole time junior fire officers and retained fire fighters in some fire and rescue services.
