Margetts offers a professional and proactive residential lettings service covering Warwick, Leamington Spa and the surrounding areas. We are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

Full management
We offer a fully managed letting service. The service includes:
- Property advertising
- Tenant find
- Tenant referencing
- Inventory preparation
- Deposit registration
- Tenancy agreements
- Collection of rent – all rent is held within our clients accounts before onward payment to the Landlord
- Dealing with maintenance issues
- Periodic property inspections
- Property check upon vacation and dealing with issues arising and deposit
- Reletting
Tenant Find
Our tenant find service includes:
- Advertising the property
- Tenant find
- Tenant referencing
- Inventory preparation
- Deposit registration
- Tenancy agreements
- Setting up standing order to landlord for rental payments
All deposits are held in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and are protected independently.
