We offer a fully managed letting service. The service includes:

• Property advertising
• Tenant find
• Tenant referencing
• Inventory preparation
• Deposit registration
• Tenancy agreements
• Collection of rent – all rent is held within our clients accounts before onward payment to the Landlord
• Dealing with maintenance issues
• Periodic property inspections
• Property check upon vacation and dealing with issues arising and deposit
• Reletting

Our tenant find service includes:

• Advertising the property
• Tenant find
• Tenant referencing
• Inventory preparation
• Deposit registration
• Tenancy agreements
• Setting up standing order to landlord for rental payments

All deposits are held in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and are protected independently.
